Christine Bailey, LMSW

Christine Bailey, LLMSW, earned her Master of Social Work degree from Spring Arbor University. She is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and families feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

Christine has experience supporting individuals and families through a variety of circumstances, including life transitions, autism-related needs, behavioral and emotional concerns, and gender transitions. She provides affirming and compassionate support to individuals navigating their gender identity and to families as they work through the changes, questions, and emotions that can accompany a gender transition.

Christine takes a warm, easygoing, client-centered, and strengths-based approach to therapy. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her practice, helping clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical strategies for managing challenges. She meets clients where they are and works collaboratively with them to identify meaningful goals and determine approaches that best fit their individual needs.

Christine is passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and make positive changes that support the life they want to create. She views therapy as a partnership and strives to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, valued, and free to be themselves.

Whether a client is experiencing a major life transition, navigating gender identity or transition, managing emotional or behavioral concerns, supporting a family member, or simply feeling stuck, Christine approaches each person with compassion, patience, and genuine care. She believes that seeking support is a sign of strength and is passionate about walking alongside clients as they work toward their goals and create meaningful, positive change in their lives.
